Avondrood is a boutique cellar, situated in the beautiful Goudini Valley between the majestic Boland mountains.

The cellar was established in 2005, because of our passion for the land and wine. Winemaker and owner, Albertus van Rensburg, says "The challenge for me is to bottle the uniqueness of our terroir, hillside vineyards and rocky soils, that is commonly associated with high wine quality.

It is our wish that everybody that loves good wine will experience a little bit of this Avondrood magic."
