Dwarsberg provides four rustic farm cottages in a grove of oak trees on
the banks of the Holsloot River and a farmhouse overlooking the river
and valley. The river meanders through the picturesque Stettynskloof
valley and it is cupped by mountains which provide a breathtaking
backdrop to one of the most highly regarded dry fly venues in the
country.

Its water, emanating from the base of the wall of the
Stettynskloof Dam at the head of the valley, and this ensures a
constant flow and cool temperatures at the height of summer when other
rivers in the area are too hot for fishing. The river's clarity and
free-rising Rainbow Trout create memories that endure long after you
have left for home. Dwarsberg is a working fruit and wine farm and it
also provides camping, hiking, bird watching and mountain biking in
beautiful surroundings.
