Nestled at the base of the Waaihoek Mountains, off the R43 between Worcester and Ceres, you will find De Breederiver farm, home of Rico Suter Estate Wines and the Rico Suter Guesthouse.

This exclusive B&B/SC accommodation constitutes the entire top floor of the old Mill House and offers the visitor sheer luxury with its high open-truss ceilings, contemporary design and upmarket furnishings. The guesthouse consists of one en-suite bedroom, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a very large living area with fireplace, leather couch and ottomans and stunning Nguni skins throughout. The entire floor opens onto a private balcony which overlooks immaculate vineyards and faces the rugged foothills and cliffs of the Waaihoek Mountain Range. You can even enjoy this spectacular view from your bathroom.

The visitor can be assured of a total escape, away from any other tourists and having the run of this large farm to themselves. Walk among the many vineyards, fruit orchards, grasslands or climb the foothills and slopes among the fynbos; mountain bike or swim in some of the 5 dams with nothing but 360° mountain views; get a private tour of the cellar, taste award-winning wines, or get involved with one of the seasonal farm activities.

This guesthouse is a perfect spot for honeymooners and those celebrating anniversaries. It is, however, also a treat for children and sleeping arrangements for up to four extra individuals can be arranged in the spacious living area. Special packages are available including dinners served in your apartment, picnic- and braai baskets. A comprehensive breakfast basket is delivered to your private entrance door in the morning for you to prepare at your leisure in your kitchen. Laundry facilities are available. The guesthouse is within easy access to various wine cellars and restaurants in the area, as well as the surrounding towns of Tulbagh, Ceres, Worcester and the historic Bainskloof Pass.
