The Seven Oaks story:
When Patrick arrived on this beautiful wine farm, he counted seven oak trees in the driveway, prompting Jacqui to aptly name the farm Seven Oaks.  A while later when Jacqui visited the farm for the first time, she noticed there were only six oak trees.  (There must be a tale behind this error!) 

The seventh tree was immediately planted, giving rise to the unique label used by this delightful cellar.
